Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals for our apprenticeship program. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us while gaining hands-on experience in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legendary customer service to all customers
  • Create the Starbucks Experience by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment
  • Model and act in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be a student pursuing 11th or Secondary / 10th pass level
  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Have a valid Aadhar (National Identity) card

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹120,000 - ₹180,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards. Note that actual salaries may vary depending on individual performance and company policies.
