Job Overview:

This position involves leading quality assurance efforts for an AI-powered platform featuring autonomous agents, complex integrations, and modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design test strategies for AI agent decision-making, cross-agent workflows, and performance optimization.
  • Test complex third-party integrations (Yardi, Elisa AI, Twilio, payment systems, marketplace APIs).
  • Validate real-time data synchronization, conflict resolution, and webhook processing.
  • Conduct performance testing for high-volume concurrent operations and load scenarios.
Platform Testing & QA Management
  • Execute comprehensive testing of Django REST APIs and Angular frontend applications.
  • Test multi-tenant architecture, security, real-time dashboards, and mobile applications.
  • Develop automated testing frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage QA processes, documentation, defect tracking, and team coordination.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on AI/ML and automation.
  • Extensive knowledge of testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, pytest, Jest, Postman) and programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL).
Preferred Experience
  • Property management or real estate software testing.
  • Financial system testing and reconciliation validation.
  • QA team leadership and process optimization.
  • Security testing and compliance validation.
