Job Title

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for implementing an action-oriented annual fundraising plan and establishing relationships to secure revenue for social impact initiatives. You will work directly with leaders and teams to build a pipeline of support from individuals, foundations, corporates, and other funding sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enrichment and augmentation of fundraising efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze fundraising performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in business or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles.
  • Proven leadership skills, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
  • A driven and empathetic approach, with ability to work across boundaries and get things done.
  • Strong project management skills, interpersonal skills, and executive presence.
