Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HSE strategies, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards.
- Manage HSE systems, including project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with operations, maintenance, and new project developments.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices, ensuring a culture of safety awareness and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, occupational health and safety).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of implementing successful HSE initiatives, resulting in improved safety performance and reduced incidents.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and guidelines applicable to the oil and gas sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
The salary for this position is estimated to be ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
