**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be responsible for working on various projects related to investment banking, including:

  • Preparing pitch books and industry overviews
  • Studying and analyzing different business and financial models in a particular industry
  • Providing high-quality analysis on projects, including critical industry or market analysis, company reports, and ad-hoc requests

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, including operational and financial benchmarking, trading/transaction, and information memorandum. You should also have good written and spoken communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An MBA or CFA/CA qualification
  • Experience of 2-4 years supporting an investment banking division of a bank, consulting firm, boutique firm, or advisory firm
  • A strong working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Merger Market, etc.
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
