Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong analytical and technical skills.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning techniques and statistical modeling, with experience in e-commerce or related environments.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering complex models and addressing business problems using machine learning techniques. You will also enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences through NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning applications.

Key responsibilities include building, deploying, and maintaining predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Communication of analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership is also a critical aspect of this role.

Requirements

For this role, we require:

  • 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling in e-commerce or related environments;
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning);
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses; and
  • Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution is also required.
