Job Title: DevOps Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, automation, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of DevOps specialists to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure components.
  • Implement automation strategies to streamline the delivery process and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of high-quality technology solutions.
  • Design and implement best practices for containerization, orchestration, and service discovery using Kubernetes.
  • Develop and maintain Terraform scripts to provision and configure infrastructure resources.
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and address performance issues and system failures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Information Management or relevant field required.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical support is required, SaaS/Tech industry experience preferred.
  • Azure / AWS certifications such as DevOps Engineer Expert, Solutions Architect Expert, or any other related certifications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Go).
  • Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
