Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding and offboarding process for our customers, ensuring secure and efficient user lifecycle management.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing onboarding and offboarding procedures for users across customer environments, including creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Google Workspace.
  • They will also manage user and channel access in Slack, including permissions and integrations, as well as handle user provisioning tasks in Jira and other ITSM ticketing tools.
  • The successful candidate will assign and remove user licenses across multiple SaaS applications, following SOPs to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across user lifecycle tasks.
  • Collaboration with internal teams, partners, and escalation of issues to L2 or OEMs when required will also be an essential part of this role.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of account status and license allocations is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support MDM-related tasks such as device enrollment, remote wipe, and basic compliance checks.
  • Monitor ticket queues and complete tasks within defined SLAs.
  • Participate in documentation of recurring tasks and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT support, onboarding/offboarding, or helpdesk roles.
  • Basic understanding of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Admin Console).
  • Working knowledge of Slack user and workspace administration.
  • Familiarity with Jira or equivalent ticketing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and task ownership abilities.
