Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Biotechnology Quality Control professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the release and stability testing of biological products such as GCSF, EPO, and vaccines.
  • Perform calibration and performance verification of instruments.
  • Oversee the management of reference standards.
  • Review analytical data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT), CAPA, and change control issues.
  • Validate Excel spreadsheets used in quality control processes.
  • Coordinate departmental training programs.
  • Manage analyst qualification and training programs.
  • Develop and maintain GMP documents including Standard Test Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Performance Verification Protocols, Method Validation Reports, Data Recording Sheets, and Specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of biotechnology quality control principles and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
