Lead Technical Visionary

We are seeking an accomplished technical leader to spearhead our Battery Energy Storage Systems division.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in energy storage technologies, system integration, and project execution, coupled with exceptional leadership abilities to guide technical teams and drive innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy BESS projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring seamless integration with renewable energy and grid infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership on battery chemistries (e.g., Li-ion, LFP, solid-state, flow batteries) and power electronics, collaborating with utilities, EPC contractors, and technology providers.
  • Oversee project feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and system sizing, adhering to industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Craft strategies for O&M (operation & maintenance), performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay abreast of emerging storage technologies, market trends, and policies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related power/utility sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in BESS system design, integration, and commissioning (utility-scale preferred).
  • Strong understanding of grid codes, safety standards, and energy markets.
  • Hands-on experience with EMS (Energy Management Systems), SCADA, and controls.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
