About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CMDB Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.

This is a key position that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills. You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.

You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy. This includes developing and maintaining CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.

You will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CMDB development team, perform regular audits and data quality checks, and integrate the CMDB with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.

A strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB best practices and industry trends is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of CMDB within ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain CMDB documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to CMDB development team.
  • Perform regular audits and data quality checks.
  • Integrate CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience in CMDB development and administration within ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
