Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our properties through various advertising channels, developing sales propositions, and project briefings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies for our real estate projects.
  • Monitor and optimize our PR, advertising, branding, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the head of department to present periodic performance reports, feedback, and funnel conversion improvement ideas.
  • Ensure all project content is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate marketing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
