This role will play a key part in leading the design, development, and implementation of complex decisioning strategies using the Pega Decisioning platform (CDH). Key Responsibilities
  • Enable transformation of business requirements into decisioning artifacts.
  • Leverage data analytics and develop advanced adaptive/predictive models.
  • Take a leadership role and mentor other Decisioning Architects via regular code and design reviews.
  • Design and architect Pega Decisioning solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Develop and implement decisioning strategies that leverage machine learning, predictive analytics, and complex business rules to optimize customer interactions and business outcomes.
  • Define, configure, and optimize complex business rules, decision logic, and decision tables within Pega Decisioning.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with Pega Decisioning platform (CDH) or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
