SAP GTS Operations Expert Job

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Operations expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business processes, with a focus on GTS operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our GTS system, including configuration management and document/item category mapping. Additionally, they will work on support engagements, developments in scrum setups, upgrades, and rollouts.

Responsibilities:

  • GTS Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GTS system, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Configuration Management: Manage and maintain configurations to meet business requirements.
  • Document & Item Category Mapping: Create and update document and item category mappings in the GTS system.
  • Legal Regulations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal regulations and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Support Engagements: Provide technical support for stakeholders and contribute to the development of new features.
  • Certification: Hold SAP GTS certification or be willing to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of business processes and strong work experience in GTS operations.
  • Experience in legal regulations, compliance, and sanction screening process.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
