Employment-Based Immigration Law Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Employment-Based Immigration Law Specialist.

About the Role:

  • Draft, review and edit complex immigration cases with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B visas.
  • Manage a large caseload while liaising with internal teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report to legal teams and managers regarding case progression and status.
  • Liaise with government organizations including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence and preparing supplementary documents.
  • Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in relation to case assignments.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to RFEs.
  • Maintain records and perform consistent case tracking and management.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in employment-based immigration law, specifically with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage complex caseloads, and elite prioritization skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
