US Financial Accountant

This position plays a vital role in the financial management of our clients' accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor bills, reconciliations, and other financial tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

• Vendor Bills Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, following company policies and procedures.
• Vendor Statement Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliation of vendor statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Bank Entries and Reconciliation: Maintain accurate records of bank transactions, performing regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation: Process credit card transactions, performing regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries: Accurately process payroll entries, ensuring timely payment to employees and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Preparation of customer invoices and mailing: Prepare and mail customer invoices, ensuring timely payment and compliance with company policies.
• AR and Revenue Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliation of accounts receivable and revenue, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports: Maintain accurate records of client documentation, updating document checklists and libraries as necessary.
• Sales Tax calculation and filing: Calculate and file sales tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Payroll Reconciliation: Perform regular payroll reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments: Accurately record accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, depreciation, and month-end adjustments, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
• Internal communication for routine queries and questions: Respond promptly to internal queries and questions, providing accurate and timely information.
• Review and preparation of financial statements: Review and prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
