We are a leading technology company seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. As a Data Engineer at RandomTrees, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows across cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented individual with strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), proficiency in SQL and Python, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes across cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility.
  • SQL Query Development: Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and manipulate data.
  • Data Modeling and Storage: Build and maintain data models and data lakes/warehouses.
  • Data Quality and Security: Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Automation and Scripting: Use Python for scripting, automation, and data manipulation tasks.
  • Orchestration and CI/CD: Work with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, AWS Step Functions, or similar technologies and implement CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated with the latest trends in data engineering and cloud technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Cloud Platform Experience: Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • SQL Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL for querying and database management.
  • Python Programming Skills: Strong Python programming skills for data manipulation and scripting.
  • ETL Tools and Frameworks: Hands-on experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., AWS Glue, Apache Beam, or Azure Data Factory).
  • Big Data Tools: Familiarity with big data tools like Spark, Hive, or Dataproc.
  • Data Modeling and Architecture: Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and data architecture principles.
  • Version Control and CI/CD: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
  • Security and Compliance: Understanding of security and compliance standards for data handling.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
