Electron Optics Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Electron Optics Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing electron-optical systems that ensure reliable, high-resolution performance.
This role requires a deep understanding of electron optics, including hands-on experience with alignment, vacuum hardware, and lab metrology.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to turn complex optics into simple, teachable procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Architect and align electron-optical systems for high-resolution, low-drift performance.
- Translate optics theory into tolerances, calibration routines, and alignment jigs.
- Co-design with Electronics to ensure deterministic beam control.
- Build and maintain the calibration playbook - resolution, magnification, distortion.
Requirements:
- Deep experience in electron optics.
- Hands-on experience with alignment, vacuum hardware, and lab metrology.
- Excellent communication skills.
