Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to partner with our technology team in creating innovative solutions and strong engineered applications. As an integral part of our technology infrastructure, you will guide feature teams through engineering practices and lead by example.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • A deep understanding of Java-based technologies, Spring, ReactJS/Angular, Microservices architecture, CI/CD pipeline
  • Strong analytical and design skills
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Proficient English language skills (written/verbal)
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and matrixed organizations
