Job Description">

We're seeking a skilled graphic design specialist to join our team at a leading RevOps consultancy. You'll be working remotely, delivering high-quality results while enjoying a flexible work environment.

This is a full-time position that requires exceptional design input, both strategic and tactical. You'll be supporting our GTM team with expertise in creating marketing and sales collaterals, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • A minimum of 5 years of solid graphic and web design experience, preferably in the B2B tech product/service space">
    • ">
    • Hands-on experience creating engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads">
      • ">
      • Solid web design experience, with a deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization">
        • ">
        • Experience being deeply involved with branding and visual identity for B2B organizations
        ">
      • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills, as you'll need to understand what's needed, connect the dots between what's said and what isn't, convey your design thinking clearly, and push back on ideas you don't agree with">

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects">
    • Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Canva Pro, Google Slides, and PowerPoint">
    • Understanding of AI design tools, such as Midjourney, Google AI Studio, and Canva AI">
    • Knowledge of front-end skills, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery">
