Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Migration Leader to lead the migration of data from various Intellectual Property solutions in the market to our software platform.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving impactful change. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading data migration projects, a deep understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices, and experience in the Intellectual Property domain or related industries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data migration specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to execute data migration projects effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive data mapping and transformation plans to align data from other IP solutions with our software solution's data model.
  • Design, architect, and build an automation system for mapping, transforming, and migrating data from legacy systems to our software solution.
  • Work closely with technical teams to integrate the automation system into the data migration workflow, ensuring seamless execution and integration with existing systems.
  • Establish specialized quality assurance processes and test cases tailored to IP data migration, including validation of patent, trademark, and copyright information.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading data migration projects.
  • Deep understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience in the Intellectual Property domain or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and technologies, as well as database management systems and data integration platforms.
