Japanese Translator Job Description

This job posting is for a Japanese translator with experience in Help Desk and L1 support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide accurate and timely translation services for Japanese language content.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  3. Develop and maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry terminology and concepts.
  4. Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Japanese language skills and cultural nuances.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field.
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in translation and interpretation services.
  3. Fluency in Japanese language (N2 level) and excellent written and spoken English skills.
  4. Proficiency in ITIL framework and experience with JIRA and ServiceNow tools.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL programming languages.
  2. Experience with basic design principles and visual styling.
  3. Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis techniques.
