">Job Responsibilities
">- Provide exceptional customer service by handling guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
- Manage multiple Airbnb listings, respond to booking requests, coordinate with housekeeping staff, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain operational excellence in line with company standards, focusing on quality control and process improvements.
Requirements
">- At least 1 year of experience in Hospitality and/or Customer Service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to respond to queries promptly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with ease.
- Detailed-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Airbnb / other booking platforms and their processes is a plus.
