Enterprise Data Management Solution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead end-to-end data management solution delivery across multiple domains. This role is ideal for experts with deep expertise in STIBO STEP who can collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Provide leadership in design, development, and deployment phases
  • Resolve complex issues and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Support the full project lifecycle with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Required Skills & Expertise :

  • In-depth experience with STEP system setup and configuration
  • Strong data modeling skills (Attributes, Containers, Groups)
  • Hands-on experience with UI configuration : Screens, Subscreens, Pop-ups
  • Integration expertise (Inbound/Outbound/Gateway) SOAP, REST, IDOC
  • Knowledge of workflow setup, business rules using JavaScript/Rhino, XSLT, and XML
  • Experience with Golden Records Matching & Linking
  • Proficiency in bulk data management, data import/export processes
  • Expertise in packaging hierarchies and change packaging
  • Strong command over STEP API and Extension API

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead junior developers and interface with clients directly
