Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage our VPS and Dedicated Server Support. As a global organization, we service a large number of clients across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Level 2 Technical Support (Live Chat and Tickets)
  • VPS & Dedicated Server Management and Support
  • Migrations and Transfers Assistance
  • Escalation Support for the Level 1 Team

Our ideal candidate has experience working in the hosting industry, specifically with Solus/KVM/WHMCS, VPS/Linux/Windows, and network administration. They should be able to handle hosting-related issues efficiently, possess excellent written communication skills, and be an independent thinker willing to take ownership of their role.
