Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Center Manager to oversee the delivery of our Livelihood program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff and local partners, achieving targets at each stage of intervention, and supporting frontline staff in their performance.
About Our ProgramOur Livelihood program is designed to equip young people with essential life and employability skills. We have established a strong presence across 22 states and union territories, impacting the lives of over 35 lakh adolescents and 5 lakh youth.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Managing Magic Bus resources, staff, and local partners to ensure the full offer of the Livelihood program is available to youth in the district.
  • Leading a staff team delivering the Livelihood program at the district level and managing all aspects of their performance.
  • Achieving targets at each stage of intervention, including mobilization, needs assessment, skills training delivery, and placement in work or education.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong knowledge of MIS and computer skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage people and time effectively.
  • Strong people and communication skills.
  • Able to follow processes correctly and use specific tools and methods of working consistently.
  • Excellent team worker with strong oral and written communication skills, including good level of professional English.

Pre-RequisitesThis position requires:
  • Graduation in any stream.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Skill Development sector, with 2 years at a leadership role.
