Job Overview

The role of a Quality Assurance Tester in an Agile environment involves developing and executing test plans, automated scripts, and programs for software testing.

  • Developing functional, regression, and integration test cases for Salesforce applications using Tosca automation tool.
  • Designing and implementing automated and manual test cases for Salesforce CPQ/Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
  • Creating and running automation test scripts using Tosca to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conducting API testing using Tosca, validating request/response behavior across integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Participating in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and story refinement as part of the QA team.
  • Documenting test plans, test cases, and test data sets for future reference.
  • Identifying, logging, and tracking defects, performing root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Supporting test optimization efforts through reusable components and automation improvements.
  • Providing input on story refinement and sharing QA insights during sprint ceremonies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a balance of both test automation and manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment.
