Lead AI Transformation

Drive cutting-edge innovation and strategic leadership in AI/ML Data Science Practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy, aligning with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Manage the lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee AI-related budgets and expenditures, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage P&L for AI-related products and services, balancing innovation with cost control.
  • Lead a high-performance team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions at scale.
  • Ensure responsible and ethical deployment of AI technologies, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven growth and operational efficiency.
  • Present AI project outcomes and business impacts to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 20 years IT industry experience, with 10+ years in AI/technology and 5+ years in leadership or management.
  • Proven experience in managing P&L for technology or AI-driven products/services.
  • Strong proficiency in AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and financial aspects of AI projects, including cost management and ROI measurement.
  • Experience in scaling AI initiatives and delivering impactful business results.
  • Excellent ability to present complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, motivating, and managing high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in industries such as automotive, healthcare, or retail.
  • Familiarity with MLOps methodologies and cloud platforms.
