Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading the design and implementation of cutting-edge cloud infrastructure solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional groups to drive innovation and excellence in cloud computing.

About the Role
  • Design and deploy scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions using leading technologies like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in cloud computing, including IaC, CI/CD, and version control systems.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Azure Bicep, ARM templates, and CloudFormation.
  • Work with operating systems such as Windows and Linux/Unix-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations by implementing robust monitoring, logging, and security controls.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on cloud infrastructure-related matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar or related role is required.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a must.
  • Familiarity with writing infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Azure Bicep, ARM templates, CloudFormation) is a must.
  • Working experience with at least one of the CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Azure Repos) is required.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux/Unix-based systems is a must.
  • Proficiency in Azure infrastructure cloud services like Azure VM, VNET, Storage, Monitoring, Azure Functions, Load Balancers, Azure AD, Azure DNS, Traffic Managers, and Application Gateways for network optimization.
  • Any relevant cloud certification is a plus.
