Senior Finance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to lead our financial management and reporting efforts. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial reports.

You will work closely with department heads and controllers to monitor annual budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy, leveraging your expertise in accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP) and regulatory compliance.

Your proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel will enable you to optimize working capital and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions. You will also maintain strong collaboration with regional teams for proper funding projects like equity infusion or ECB loans through FDI routes.

As a leader, you will mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative work environment and delegating responsibilities effectively. You will conduct regular training to improve team capabilities and alignment with organizational goals.

• Key Responsibilities:">
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.">
• Monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and Controllers.">
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.">
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.">
• Compliance and Risk Management:">
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and TP audit, etc.">
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.">
• MCA Compliance requirements fulfilling on timely basis.">
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.">
• Cash Flow and Treasury Management:">
• Manage Bank Payments and Receipts appropriate planning.">
• Manage the organization's cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.">
• Optimize working capital and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions.">
• Maintain strong collaboration with Regional Team for Proper Funding Projects like Equity Infusion or ECB loans through FDI route.">
• Process Improvement and Automation:">
• Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.">
• Lead the implementation of ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI.">
• Monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies.">
• Taxation Management:">
• Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns (IT, TP, TDS, GST Assessment, etc).">
• Manage tax audits and assessments, ensuring minimal financial exposure.">
• Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and their impact on the organization.">
• Team Leadership and Development:">
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.">
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.">
• Conduct regular training to improve team capabilities and alignment with organizational goals.">
• Required Qualifications:">

  • Semi Qualified CA, CMA or CS.">
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management and reporting.">
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.">
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis.">
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.">
