About the Role:
The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to candidate placement. You will source qualified candidates using job boards, Boolean searches, and social media platforms. You will conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. You will coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. You will negotiate salary rates, benefits, and start dates with candidates. You will build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements. You will develop relationships with clients and account managers to understand hiring needs and provide timely updates. You will ensure proper documentation of candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, technologies, and market rates.
What We Offer:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred). 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in US staffing. Strong knowledge of various IT technologies, including Java,.NET, Cloud, Dev Ops, Cybersecurity, AI/ML. Experience with visa classifications and compliance requirements. Proficiency with ATS platforms and Linked In Recruiter. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
