Drive Growth in Health and Fitness

We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Growth Marketer to run paid campaigns that drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for wellness apps.

  • Execute paid campaigns daily, optimizing funnels and ensuring growth at scale.
  • Leverage analytics tools and AI to boost performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to test ad creatives and copy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Apple, Google, and other channels.
  • Build and iterate on user acquisition funnels, ensuring campaigns scale profitably.
  • Use AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel data using tools like AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and Google Analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated with performance marketing trends and new acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads.
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CleverTap, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Practical use of AI in marketing workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in wellness, health, or fitness apps.
  • Experience working in SaaS or app growth roles.
