We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in achieving business targets with minimal delinquency.

About the Job:

  • You will be responsible for identifying and developing Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) that suit our target customers and geographies.
  • Develop and manage teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.
  • Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions and areas.
  • Maintain portfolio quality by tracking and controlling Normal Dues, Non-Starters, Delinquency, and Frauds.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong client relationships both internally and externally.
  • Ensure weekly and daily meetings, visits to centres, and maintain close follow-up of disbursed loans.

Requirements:

  • Fresher to maximum of 5 years' experience as a sales officer in microfinance business.
  • Basic understanding of Microfinance business and JLG model working is preferred.
  • Key Skills: Relationship management, Business sourcing, Flair for sales, Understand critical attributes of customer service.
