About the Role:

Birlasoft is seeking a seasoned JDE Finance Functional Lead with a strong background to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, technical expertise in JD Edwards all Finance Modules (AR, AP, GL, FA), and a passion for driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance team by conducting meetings, facilitating large group/cross-functional sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Develop functional and data requirements specifications, business process models, and test plans to ensure seamless implementation
  • Conduct user acceptance testing, identify root causes, and implement fixes to maintain high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams for unit and functional testing
  • Work on menu creation, security, data migration, and documentation related to JDE Finance Module
  • Provide expert knowledge of JD Edwards all Finance Modules (AR, AP, GL, FA)
  • Implementation, upgrade, and rollout experience preferred
  • Prioritize effective communication, learning attitude, ownership, and passion for achieving results

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Oracle JDE certification (added advantage)
  • Basic SQL knowledge (added advantage)

Location: Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore

Salary Range: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience
