Key Accomplishments">
  • Revenue Generation - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue from group sales, catering, and local community events. This includes creating customized presentations, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Catering Sales Strategy - Design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual revenue goals. Monitor sales productivity, provide coaching and training to the catering sales team, and distribute regular update reports.
  • Business Development - Identify, prioritize, and pursue potential local businesses for partnerships and collaborations. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community to drive business growth.
  • Inventory Management - Collaborate with the foods and beverage department to establish and maintain inventory control standards. Ensure accurate forecasting and management of supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Department Leadership - Direct the operation of the banquet department, including recruiting, retaining, and scheduling qualified staff to meet forecasted business demands.
  • Customer Service - Achieve customer service goals for catered functions by developing and implementing integrated strategies to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Event Coordination - Ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments prior to and during events to successfully meet client expectations.
  • Safety and Compliance - Maintain a safe environment for guests, employees, and the community by adhering to safety standards and local laws and regulations.
