We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Analyst with expertise in Network Detection and Response to lead our team's advanced network security initiatives. This role focuses on deep network security, anomaly detection, firewall configuration, and intrusion prevention systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IDS/IPS technologies, firewall rule tuning, and the detection of advanced threats such as brute force, DoS/DDoS attacks, and network anomalies.

We want candidates who:

  • Have 3 years of experience with IDS/IPS, firewalls, and network forensics.
  • Can take ownership of NDR strategy and proactively improve client environments.
  • Are detail-oriented investigators, able to dig deep into anomalies, traffic flows, and attack patterns.
  • Bring a problem-solving mindset with the ability to think like both an attacker and defender.
  • Communicate clearly and can translate technical findings into business-relevant insights.
  • Show leadership qualities by mentoring juniors and sharing knowledge with peers.
  • Are continuous learners, staying updated on new threats, tools, and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead NDR strategy and execution across client environments.
  • Configure and optimize IDS/IPS rules.
  • Perform deep network forensics, anomaly detection, and traffic analysis.
  • Manage and tune firewall security controls.
  • Mentor and train junior analysts in network detection and response.
Required Skills
  • Certifications: CCNA Security, CCNP, CCIE (Preferred), GSEC.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and UDP protocols.
  • Expertise in IDS/IPS technologies.
  • Hands-on firewall security management.
  • Experience with network forensics and Netflow/Biflow analysis.
  • Strong scripting ability.
  • Working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework.
