Storycraft Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to craft engaging stories and dialogue for our interactive visual novel–style games. The ideal candidate will design branching narrative flows, character arcs, and dialogue that responds to player choices while aligning with gameplay and tone.

• Create compelling dialogue, character interactions, and narrative events that drive the story forward.
• Develop and implement branching story flows using dialogue graph tools, ensuring a seamless player experience.
• Collaborate closely with designers and artists to integrate story with gameplay and visuals, resulting in a cohesive gaming experience.
• Design and develop character backstories, lore, and world-building elements that enhance the game's narrative.
• Maintain consistency of tone, pacing, and player agency across the narrative, ensuring an engaging experience.

• Demonstrate strong writing skills, particularly in dialogue-driven storytelling.
• Showcase experience working with interactive/branching narratives (games, visual novels, or similar).
• Evidence of experience in mystery, detective, or choice-driven genres is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with game designers, artists, and programmers.

Familiarity with narrative design tools such as Ink, Yarn Spinner, Fungus, or custom Unity graph systems is a significant advantage.
