Looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Procurement Executive? We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients in the luxury residential interiors industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing overall procurement processes, including strategic sourcing, forecasting, conducting research, negotiating with vendors, evaluating bids, analyzing data, and developing and implementing procurement strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Devising and utilizing effective procurement and sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Exploring profitable suppliers and establishing procurement partnerships.
  • Building long-term relationships with vendors in the industry.
  • Preparing block estimates for all projects.
  • Preparing BOQs and obtaining necessary approvals from all stakeholders.
  • Seeking proposals based on BOQs.
  • Comparing proposals for price and specifications.
  • Engaging in techno-commercial negotiations with vendors to reduce costs.
  • Reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the company.
  • Assisting in finalizing vendors.
  • Communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

What you need:

  • 4+ years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with procurement software and systems.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
