We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Professional to lead our financial processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in financial operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions. Prepare annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting in collaboration with functional teams.
  • Month-End Close Process: Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts. Review journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Generate and present monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to senior management.
  • Audit Coordination: Act as the key point of contact for internal and external auditors. Ensure timely completion of statutory, internal, and tax audits.

The ideal candidate should have a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification and 4–6 years of experience in finance controllership roles. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance is required.
