About the Role

At Marriott International, we are seeking a skilled Marketing & Communication Manager to strengthen our brand presence in the hospitality industry.

This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical mindset, and execution excellence to drive visibility, demand, and engagement for our products and services. The ideal candidate will accelerate sales through impactful marketing campaigns, strategic communication initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand, products, and business goals to create effective marketing strategies.
  • Execute integrated marketing and communication plans to increase brand awareness and customer engagement across digital, print, PR, and event channels.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities and optimize results.
  • Design and implement compelling content that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Represent the brand at events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen visibility and build relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, preferably within hospitality or related industries.
  • Strong skills in brand communication, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver creative marketing initiatives that drive results.
  • Experience in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead teams, collaborate with colleagues, and represent the brand externally.
