Culinary Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished and innovative culinary specialist to elevate our dining experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in international cuisine, particularly in Indian and Chinese cooking traditions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create exquisite dishes with emphasis on regional flavors and local ingredients
• Contribute to menu development by incorporating traditional techniques and seasonal produce
• Maintain consistency in presentation, taste, and quality across all dishes
• Train and mentor junior team members and commis chefs
• Collaborate with the sous chef to optimize kitchen operations and maintain a seamless service
• Participate in live cooking sessions and promote regional food initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional kitchen experience in upscale hotels or resorts
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines, including traditional cooking methods and techniques
