Drive Business Growth as a Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our team in driving business growth and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, finance, and operations.

Job Description:
  • Perform operational risk assessments of financial services provided to clients.
  • Share risks with clients and obtain alignment on mitigation/remediation strategies.
  • Lead discussions with senior clients and Genpact stakeholders on risk assessments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling strong operational risk management across business units. This includes identifying, escalating, evaluating, and monitoring risks. They will also share identified risks with client stakeholders, lead discussions on risk alignment and mitigation, and enable periodic testing of key controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant degree.
  • Relevant years of experience in managing risks for a banking/financial services organization or handling risk management consulting in Big 4 or similar organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Experience in outsourced business risk management is preferable.
