Lead Creative Director Role Overview

The Lead Creative Director will spearhead the agency's creative output, driving consistency, innovation, and excellence in design.

This role involves collaborating closely with account managers, copywriters, and digital teams to conceptualize and execute high-quality creative assets that resonate with real estate audiences.

The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of creatives, setting a high standard for visual design across all mediums.

  • Key Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the creative team
  • Conceptualizing and overseeing the design of marketing materials
  • Developing and refining brand identities and logos
  • Translating marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables
  • Ensuring all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines
  • Staying updated on design trends, tools, and real estate marketing practices
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • 6+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • A proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print, digital, and outdoor design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma)
  • Experience in real estate or lifestyle branding preferred
  • An excellent sense of typography, color, and layout
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
