Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to manage and analyze large data sets in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data capture, organization, storage and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation.
  • Upkeep construction project cost database, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage and analysis.
  • Manage large amounts of data in Excel.
  • Collaborate with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data.
  • Contribute to the process for collection, capture and utilization of historic data.
  • Perform other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary.
  • Coordinate with senior and technical staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience.
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have experience in data analysis and data management.
  • Must understand IT technology including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites.
  • Experience with Microsoft suite particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred.
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial.
  • Attention to details.
  • Experience managing and analysing large data sets will be beneficial.
  • Interest or experience in construction industry or how things go together.
  • Motivated to work independently and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
