Drive Digital Transformation as a Senior UX Designer

Design Visionary Wanted

Create seamless user experiences for fast-scaling startups through intuitive design solutions.

Key Design Responsibilities:
  • Transform problems into clear and effective UI flows, wireframes, and final designs.
  • Design engaging journeys for browsing, menu selection, cart, checkout, and order tracking that feel effortless and memorable.
  • Define and polish all states (empty, loading, error) to ensure a flawless experience.
  • Maintain a lean Design System ensuring consistency without slowing creativity.
  • Partner with Product & Engineering to bring designs to life without overcomplication.
  • Review live builds to guarantee design intent is met.
  • Leverage AI-assisted workflows to minimize busywork and maximize high-value design time.
Requirements:
  • 3–8+ years of product design experience with shipped B2C products.
  • A portfolio showcasing real problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of structure, clarity, and hierarchy.
  • Ability to communicate decisions clearly and move at a rapid pace.
  • Awareness of accessibility principles to create inclusive designs.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate design and reduce repetitive work.
  • Background in marketplaces, food-tech, logistics, or SaaS dashboards.
  • Familiarity with motion basics (micro-animations, transitions) that add delight without impacting performance.
