The role of an enterprise data modeling expert is to design and develop high-quality data models that support analytics and operational use cases.

We are seeking a skilled data modeler who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data products aligned to business domains. This includes communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, leveraging expertise in mortgage banking and financial services.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data modeling, with a strong focus on mortgage or financial services. They should also have hands-on experience with 3NF, Dimensional, and Semantic modeling.

Apart from this, the candidate should have a good understanding of data as a product and domain-driven design principles. Experience working in modern data ecosystems, including Snowflake, DBT, and BI tools, is highly desirable.

Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration across business and technical teams. We are looking for someone who can work onsite in Hyderabad/Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop enterprise-grade data models (3NF, Dimensional, and Semantic) that support analytics and operational use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data products aligned to business domains, ensuring seamless communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate complex concepts into scalable and extensible models, leveraging expertise in mortgage banking and financial services.
  • Align data models with modern data architecture and cloud platforms, such as Snowflake and DBT.
  • Contribute to the creation of canonical models and reusable patterns for enterprise-wide adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in data modeling, with a strong focus on mortgage or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with 3NF, Dimensional, and Semantic modeling.
  • Strong understanding of data as a product and domain-driven design principles.
  • Experience working in modern data ecosystems, with familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, and BI tools highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling collaboration across business and technical teams.
