Spare Parts Supply Chain Improvement Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Improvement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects to improve the spare parts supply chain processes and systems.

• Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize spare parts supply chain operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new tools and technology, and support the implementation of process improvements.
• Lead hands-on support and guidance to the spare parts supply teams as needed.
• Support the lifecycle management team in the development of a spare parts catalogue and associated maintenance processes.
• Qualifications
• 7-10 years experience leading supply chain improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
• High independence and motivation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal/external resources.
• Solid ERP software experience.
• Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred: Business, Foreign Trade, Finance or Supply Chain).
