Our team seeks a Compliance Analyst to execute fieldwork and testing of regulatory requirements. As part of this role, you will assess risks, design testing programs, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely execution of fieldwork and testing across various regulatory areas
  • Independent risk assessment and strong analytical skills in designing testing programs and issue classification
  • Regular communication on work progress and potential findings to the Manager Compliance Testing Team
  • Leading conversations with senior stakeholders during kick-offs, testing, and issue alignment discussions
  • Training and mentoring colleagues in upskilling themselves with relevant knowledge and practices
  • Contribution to strategic initiatives to improve the delivery model and presentations to senior leadership
  • Development of remediation plans to address findings and identification of emerging regulatory risks or impending legislation
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 6 years of experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance within the Big Four or in a bank/financial institution with Anti-Money Laundering background
  • Good academic qualification with experience in compliance or legal and Anti-Money Laundering knowledge would be an added advantage
  • Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA and individuals with certifications in audit would be preferred
