Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to transform paid media investments into sustainable business outcomes. This role is responsible for driving paid media strategy, budget allocation and performance reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across all digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic).
  • Drive budget allocation and forecasting at leadership level.
  • Create frameworks for continuous testing and optimization — from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Implement data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality and lifetime value optimization.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling and growth experimentation.
  • Experience in managing budgets at scale and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset: combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.
