Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design development of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of project scope and context.
  • Create detailed design briefs aligned with client objectives.
  • Propose optimal architectural plans balancing functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate plan submissions and secure approvals from relevant boards and authorities.
  • Engage external consultants (primary architects, facility planners, MEP, HVAC).
  • Ensure design integrity is upheld throughout project development and execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Oversee design coordination with operational teams for seamless integration of operational needs.

Requirements:

  • 4–10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or large-scale developments.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and approval processes.
  • Proven ability to lead design development and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of design integrity and ability to translate concepts into executable plans.
  • Experience in hospitality projects is highly valued.
